This is Quake 3: Arena running on the Raspberry Pi. These are the instructions to build the game for the Raspberry Pi: http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=78&t=18853
The full version works as well as the demo version and multiplayer works fine just like the PC version. Sorry for the video quality, this was filmed on my CRT TV with a camera. At least, you can see the game works and that the framerate is smooth.
