Sorry there is no captioning for On/Off state. In the upper left is the latency according to Adrenalin's buit-in latency monitor (accessed via alt+shift+l). You can temporarily disable Anti-Lag+ by holding down the delete key, which is what I'm doing when the latency changes significantly. You can see me cycling Anti-Lag+ off and on throughout the video.

All-in-all, it's not bad. Quality is definitely not as good as FSR3 frame generation (and it's not expected to be), but this is a solid improvement over AFMF 1. Latency impact seems minimal and frame generation seems less likely to disable (but will still happen if you move the mouse quickly enough)

In this video I cycle between Off (hold down ctrl button), Anti-Lag ON (hold down delete button), Anti-Lag+ On (no button depressed). In each case you case see the latency step down.
Anti-Lag OFF = ~56ms
Anti-Lag ON = ~41ms
Anti-Lag+ ON = ~25ms
