Here's the style for you! This is the perfect pin up hairstyle for you and is totally 1940s glam. You can dress it up or keep it casual - it's one of my favourites!A perfect hairstyle for a rainy day because even if the curls go fluffy it's not going to ruin. If you wear a bun form in the front section that will make it even more secure too. Not only do the combs looks beautifully authentic but they also hold the style very securely. Vintage Hairstyling: A WHOLE WEEK of styles Fitfully Vintage 2019-11-19 | Vintage hairstyling a whole week of styles from one set / If you want easy pin up hairstyles or want to know how to do vintage hair everyday then this is the video for you! This week I'm showing you some different vintage hairstyles for everyday of the week. You can actually get a few days out of a wetset, you can use bendy rollers like I do here, pin curls or rollers. YOU can wear these vintage hairstyles for work - in fact I can't think of a situation in which they wouldn't look great!Don't get me wrong sometimes I muff my sets right up and even on the first day I'll have to out it all up under a scarf but sometimes, just sometimes, things go in my favour and I can eek a week out of one set!It's all about working with your hair and not forcing it into one particular style, if you see some curls left then twist those bad boys and pin them to show them off. If you have straggly, straight bit then put them up into a ponytail or a plait. Most importantly you must remember not to get too vexed about the whole thing. 1950s Curl fluff hair tutorial & GIVEAWAY (debutante/ bombshell) - Fitfully Vintage Fitfully Vintage 2014-08-14 | I think it can be very daunting when you start doing curl sets because everywhere you look online there are these perfect sleek looking curls, conforming the the perfect idea of what a 'pinup' hairstyle should look like but if you look closer there are plenty that involve a bit of frizz and volume to the curls. Don't be afraid to try out a roller set and brush out because as long as you have let your rollers dry enough then you are going to get a great style. Just keep on a brushin' and a fluffin' and you'll get there. REMEMBER your finished style should not have to conform to a particular look - there were PLENTY of variations and many many different styles in the 50's and yours is just as good as anybody elses. It is useful to remember that gals back then were just girls doing their hair - just like you.
