This is often considered one of the hardest spell cards in all of Touhou, and for good reason. There really is no trick to it - you just have to straight up be able to dodge all of these bullets on the fly. Furthermore, Flandre's lifebar is HUGE on this card, which makes the attack last forever. Finally, the card can only be challenged after going through the entire Extra stage, and if you mess up on it, then you have to go through the entire stage again to get another shot at capturing it.
I've been trying to get this capture for months now, and I am VERY happy that it has finally happened :)
