The first item in the QRP-Lab QCX + assembly manual is the winding and installation of toroid coil or transformer T-1 this is because it is easier to
do with out the other parts on the circuit board this is a difficult toroid to wind with 4 windings on the one core it was not easy for me to do and I
did some of the things a little differently so I made this video to help others
