.01: I am still stuck on "Where would I look for it first" particularly new items. How do I establish new homes for things?

.06: I was decluttering a picture frame. Husband said " It's ridiculous to get rid of a perfectly good picture frame". Can you talk about why it's ok to get rid of the picture frame if you never use it?

.25: My husband randomly buys large/bulk quantities of snack foods, but we truly don't have the space to store them. Do I simply need to declutter other items to make space?

.09: What strategy do you use when you MUST find something, but it's not in the places you thought you put it. I soon find myself as lost as the item.

.57: Memory/memento/ keep sake boxes- Is it ok to do separate one for early life, young married/parenting, and empty nester times of life?

.24: When following your 5 steps I take the item to the area it needs to be, it is already filled to the brim. This always stumps me. How do I handle a house that is filled to the max?

.54: Decluttering is going well, but I want everything to be perfect before I clean the shower or the really gross inside of the fridge. How do I break through this mental block?

.59: In view of the current economic climate should we really be getting rid of spare of what if stuff as it's getting more and more expensive to replace it?

.05: I have never heard you address how to declutter when married to a hoarder. They reorganize their stuff over and over and over, but are mentally unable to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

.11: We have a vacation property that has very old stuff that we want to refresh. We're decluttering our main home. Tips for deciding what to take to vaca home.

.06: Struggling to justify getting rid of big things air fryer a side table, baskets. The what if things from under the sink.

.01: Halfway through a remodel. feeling frazzled. Keep decluttering or wait until after the remodel?

.33: My mom wants my help organizing but won't declutter. Her house is almost hoarder level. How do I help when what she wants is contrary to how I declutter?

.50: Do you believe that thinking in terms of "Swedish death cleaning" is a good guide to decluttering and imagine if any family members would want it when I'm gone?

.23: I have decluttered a lot already in the quick wins category. Do have any suggestions for the quick win category?

.09: My husband cannot let go of his military career paperwork memorabilia he took over two closets in the two guest rooms. How do I gently convince him to make space for things that I actually use?

.03: I have a lot of things I bought over the years but nothing is really sentimental. I bought the things because I either needed it or wanted it. But, how do you start decluttering those things? I'm so attached to everything and find it wasteful to just donate or get rid of it. My kids wont want them. They are adult kids and I know they will want new stuff. It bothers me when I already have something and they go out and buy a new one anyway.

.50: Can you talk about stuff shifting and how it keeps you trapped in a cycle?

.46: Where do you go after the most visible space?
