Chop Chop! is a segment where we make something quick and do some "Q&A". Viewers on this channel have great questions and it's time to get people some answers!

This knife is made form 52100 steel round stock using a form seen on Brian Brazeal's youtube channel (link below). This is the first time I've tried it and it was a great learning experience. The knife was double quenched in oil, tempered in the heat treat oven and finished on a scotchbright belt. 52100 is not a forgiving steel and doesn't tolerate low temperature forging. Note the surface crack forming on the handle!
