The EQUALITY consortium united Airbus, Pasqal, UniLeiden, INRIA, DLR, Fraunhofer, DaVinci Labs, and Capgemini in effort to develop quantum algorithms tailored to key industrial challenges in the domains of energy and aerospace. This case study highlights relevant and tested use cases along with their business impact. We will focus on how the collaborative approach enabled the project. We also suggest a roadmap for integrating quantum technologies into industry, emphasizing why end-to-end tailored pipelines and strategic use-case selection are critical for mid-term success.
