Terraria - 10 Enraged Duke Fishrons in Hell (Bug) Yrimir 2017-08-20 | twitter.com/yrimirEngaging not just one, but several, enraged Duke Fishron in expert mode is a deadly experience in Terraria. To manage it I did runs against only 1 Fishron to save bait, and when I had perfected that I went on to do 10. Then I died horribly as dodging with only hook and ninja gear with multiple Fishrons isn't really possible (pattern disrupts when entering phase 2 & 3). Then I practiced with the Anti-gravity hook and it worked out nice in the end. It might be possible to do even the third tier with the Waterbolt, but then I suspect that you would need a better arena and armor/accessories from beyond the Wall of Flesh. However the point is not to beat the third tier - the point is to show that if you set your mind to do something you can overcome any obstacle. Terraria - Expert Old Ones Army event (Final tier) Yrimir 2017-07-28 | twitter.com/yrimirOld One's Army was added in Terraria 1.3.4 as crossover content from Dungeon Defenders 2. The event is very interesting, as it has three tiers that you get to fight during your adventure in Terraria. The final tier, shown in this video, is a very intense and fun experience that ends with the great dragon Betsy. The biggest problem for me with the event is that It's quite easy to loose track on time when you're constantly rewarded with defender medals, banners and epic loot. His shop is filled to the brim with useful and awesome looking summoner items. My personal favorite of the sets is the Valhalla Knight - which might not be so odd considering its Norse theme. On death he can also drop the Ale tosser, which frankly is a very interesting item. I mean, it isn't particularly effective - but it opens up for a real brawl. This strategy is the best I've come up with so far, and works very well with a Yoyo. The most important part is to not stress phase 1 by killing 1 hand early, and phase 2 not to panic when skulls come flying. Get out of line of sight, deal damage and then be quick to run away.

The fight is all about mobility, but you don't need a huge arena to take care of him. It’s quite easy to set up; but it’s hard to get a combo that is really fast since you need a boomerang, bed, recall potions, good block placement, and of course luck with Dungeon Guardian spawning.The idea for using HOIK to defeat the Dungeon Guardian comes from the two fine gentlemen Richard Lewis and Joe Price who have been pepping me to try it out. Doing Wall of Flesh in less than 45 minutes was my goal, so I was very pleased when it hit 40 minutes. There are methods of doing it faster, but we'll save that for a rainy day. I've done trials with it before, but the game changed a lot when we got recall potions. I consider leaving a game to teleport cheating, so having potions to teleport now helps a lot.
