It has one of the heaviest key actions compared to other digital pianos on the market right now, and also quite accomplished in making the touch feel quite similar to an acoustic one. I've lost the fire in my passion to music. I've promised to be making my own album, and sheet music for EVERY SINGLE song I'm going to release on album, and whatnot. But I realized promising all that while feeling exceptionally passionate and hyped about music really overwhelms me in the long run. It's too stressful. I keep pressuring myself, telling myself I need to do this, that, this, that ... by this date, and not letting my own music side inside myself to feel ready for the things and music I want to create.I'm sorry to say I will be halting my official original album project. Not that I won't be working on it, but now is just not the time to go full speed mode. I've a few steps to go before I can start working on something as big as an original album, an album which I definitely want close to perfection. Given my recent low 'passion level' for music, I definitely cannot fulfill that huge plan of mine. Part of the reason is because in my real life, I'm actually about to be serving the Army soon, I've just graduated and need to be making future plans for my life. All these affect my side plans (AKA this Youtube hobby of mine), while I focus on all those real life issues.But that does not mean I'm dropping music or whatnot. In fact, it's normal for artists to feel a loss of interest/passion every now and then. All I need is little bit of inspiration :) If you haven't noticed, despite uploading even lesser now, I've also switched my play-style to more slower and beautiful pieces (so to speak). I find that I love expressing myself in the more emotional and tranquil type of music, something like what Yiruma always composes :)For the past 3 days or so, I found my interest/passion level to be slowly rising again, therefore I decided to record a song I learnt 2 weeks ago, Love Me. I've also revamped and re-designed my website entirely, something which I've been procrastinating for 4 months. Damn it was a hell lot of fun. Midnight Playing On Piano - One Step at a Time (Original Improvisation) Zacky The Pianist 2016-09-08 | After taking a break, I'm back with more emotional piano music for you guys! :DOne Step at a Time - I feel that a lot of times in life, I tend to want to rush things, I look at things and wonder if I can accomplish it, and it gets demoralizing when I'm still here, at the bottom, compared to many others who're already up there. It's alright nevertheless, all I need to do is to live in the moment and take things one step at a time :)----------------------------I went to Japan for some time and had a great time there. Somehow, I've lost almost all motivation to do Youtube and music for some time, and even till now I'm still pretty inactive with that in my life. I'll wait till my passion lights up again I guess :'DI NEED YOUR FEEDBACK. This is my 10th Midnight Playing On Piano video, but I may choose to stop this 'musical series' of mine on my channel. Because before I left for Japan last month, I composed a piece out of raw emotions, and recorded it at 6pm. I'm the kind of person that likes to keep things in order and so even though we all know 'Midnight Playing On Piano' is actually just my original piano pieces (played in the midnight), I don't feel comfortable classifying a piece composed and recorded at 6pm to be a 'Midnight piece'.Therefore, I'm thinking of generalizing all my music into simpler title terms. Such as "Emotional Piano Music", or "Sad Piano Music" or "Romantic Piano Music" to give a heads up about how the music will be like before you click on it. It is more general and will lose the unique "Midnight Playing On Piano" thing which I started 2-3months ago. But maybe I can also call the other music which are not composed in the midnight to be called "Daylight Playing On Piano"? Does THAT SOUND STUPID? HAHAH damn.. being a Youtuber is hard.. #kappaWhat do you think? Maybe I should still keep midnight playing on piano, because I really like the fact that composing music started off mainly in the midnight where the music just sparkles for me, but then that will make my video titles quite jumbled up. Midnight Playing On Piano - Mothers Love (Original Improvisation) Zacky The Pianist 2016-07-16 | Hello! A little late for this week's midnight playing but here it is!I had been SO busy, sleeping so little everyday rushing for my final school report. I rarely had the time to even play the piano ;OThis piece here is titled Mother's Love. Part of the melody is inspired by a Chinese song I heard from a movie 10 years ago. I thought of composing this because recently I went out with my Grandmother. As I was walking with her I realized she was walking slower than before. It was sad to see that, but we all have to age and get old eventually. So I began to think about the past, when I was small and going on trips with her. Grandmother's love or mother's love. It is all the same :) I hope my music here expresses that successfully :DI am aware of how my previous original - Crush, received exceptionally better reception and many of you were asking me for the sheets.I am going to be picking a few originals in my midnight playing and then make it into my first original album. And if I do, I WILL make sheets for those. But that depends on how well the song does, if it has high demand for sheets etc. Also, I need a lot of time to work on the album + sheets. Please take note I am going to be composing, transcribing and recording 10-12 songs again. It is not a one day/week's work. Could take a few months.All that will come this coming August/Sept/October :) I am doing this not because I think a lot of people will buy my album/sheets. Many of my videos just gets forgotten after I upload it because I usually upload non-popular songs, or popular songs at the wrong timing. Guess now it is time then! :DDThis is quite an easy and simple arrangement. I made a few variations but decided to stick to original in the end. This song is to be furnished into a Full Version and adding on with maybe a Pokemon song medley for my Concert Auditions in a few weeks time. I will make a cover of the finished Full Version + Pokemon Shingeki no Kyojin product when it is done :)I also plan to do an 'Emotional Piano' version of this piece, which I tried and it sounds good so far! Midnight Playing On Piano - A Part Of Lifes Journey (Original Improvisation) Zacky The Pianist 2016-06-29 | I think this is one of my better compositions! Once again, relaxing sentimental study and work music for you guys! Use an earpiece to fully experience the tranquility!Before I go on, I would like to mention that in my duet video uploaded 2 days ago, the hater who disliked my video 15 times had removed his dislikes and it is now back to normal. He probably reflected and decided it wasn't the right thing to do. I heard that PianoPrinceOfAnime (another Youtuber) managed to talk him into removing the dislikes though, so that's good. But Hater or not, dislike or no dislike, life goes on :)Due to the good reception of my previous Midnight Playing on Piano - Remembrance here --- youtube.com/watch?v=suH_YBt9oaw , I've decided to make sheets for that piece. Every piece which I make sheets for will be polished and then goes into my future original piano album to come :DOkay! So, you might be wondering, how long did I take to compose this one here this time? Answer is a little over an hour. I've used some new runs which I came up with for this piece and it just somehow fits :DI composed this piece thinking of my current phase of life which I'm going through. I'm having my internship now at a huge bank. Things such as school projects and exams are not so much of a bother this semester. Sure there are other challenges being an intern, but despite the exhaustion, it is pretty relaxed from an academic-driven perspective point of view.Some random facts about this video - It took me 30minutes to find a suitable picture, and another hour and a half to think of this title. It just has to fit in with the music as much as possible. I will not accept half-assed titles okay. :DSince I am currently arranging a big piece for a school's piano concert audition, I've the TV size of Jiyuu no Tsubasa (SnK OP2) ready now. I made this in about 1 hour. At first I was improvising some weird melody and it didn't sound so good, but slowly this melody came about. 【Full Piano Ver.】Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress ED「ninelie」Aimer with Chelly || EGOIST Zacky The Pianist 2016-06-02 | This is my hardest and most complete arrangement to date :D Synthesia tutorial to be up soon! :DHi guys! Can't believe It's been almost a month since I started working on this song full version. I was inspired by Animenz to do a full version because, there's just so much to learn whenever I try to arrange a song the same time as someone who's more skilled. I expected a 6 hour long recording session but somehow it lasted 20 minutes ONLY and I got this. There are some mistakes of tempo rush and slip offs, and also, halfway while playing, you may not had noticed but I changed the arrangement and tried to cover up my mistakes midway for a small part.BUT! The thing which makes all that okay is; this is a pretty genuine performance, and I think the way I played it speaks for itself.Anyway, I am aware that I changed some chords and the melody along the way at 2:15 to 2:40. I like it better this way.-----I am still going to be playing a duet with Toriko piano later this month for this song, so stay tuned! Oh and also, I'm releasing another video this Sunday!Despite this being my hardest and imo the most complete arrangement due to full version potential, I did not really find it that difficult. It was a midnight, around the period I usually would be spending the night doing school assignments. I decided to make music on the piano as usual, especially in the midnight in between my study/work as breaks. And here's what I somehow made. I think I wanted to make a proper medley with a video recording but I never got to it in the end.This medley has been shared on my soundcloud last year, and has since gotten 12k views, 200+ likes there.This was played on my old piano. Now I only watch GOOD ones and leave out those average ones due to adult responsibilities and larger priorities taking up my time :'D I really miss those carefree times, those days where I would get excited just thinking about watching anime THE MOMENT i get home from school.Those days where I marathon-ed anime 12 hours at one go (Toradora is da best pls watch it :D) Those days I prepared a TON of snacks, food, drinks beside my laptop, with 720p HD anime downloaded to watch anime without buffer and lag. Kabaneri ED Ninelie (Full Ver.) is now my official hardest arrangement I've ever made in my entire piano life. I can play much harder ones though.
