The original film is red tinted, but I was able to color correct them all in After Effects.Unfortunately, almost all of these commercials are incomplete: cut off at the end, usually when they show up to McDonald's, which is really a shame. Still, the quality looks incredible, and way clearer than I've ever seen McDonaldland look before! I'll be trickling these onto the channel in the coming months, hope you all enjoy!This one, 'Note a Float' is one of the first McDonaldland commercials I remember seeing, and holds a special place in my heart. Captain Crook and Ronald rescue a child from not being able to eat McDonald's.The quality is so good here you can actually read Billy's message in the bottle.

The end is abrupt because it was intended to cut to various ads featuring the current promotion at McDonald's. You can find other versions of this ad online that show what some of those promo spots looked like.

Still, the quality looks incredible, and way clearer than I've ever seen McDonaldland look before! I'll be trickling these onto the channel in the coming months, hope you all enjoy!This one, Sundaeland, was recently referenced in the McDonaldland Meal revival campaign, which featured Sundaeland as a main location within the McDonaldland world. I've always loved this ad and the super fun location it takes place in. This original 1977 version used the 'McFavorite Clown' jingle, while a later cut was set to the score of 'Nobody Can Do It Like McDonald's Can' - a score that was featured on a promotional record compiling various versions of the jingle in 1979.

McDonalds - The McDonaldland Meal (2025) TESTMACORONI Classic 2025-08-05 | words cannot express how happy I am. they absolutely nailed mcdonaldland and ronald's triumphant return could not have been more worth the wait! from the obscure references to specific commercials... the incredible design, puppetry, cinematography, miniatures, costumes, and other practical effects composited beautifully with tasteful vfx. the amount of love and imagination put into this commercial is indescribable. ronald's dramatic return gave me chills as a lifelong mcdonaldland fan, and I love his "new old" outfit and wow, such a fun version of the original 70s jingle to set the scene, truly the song of the summer! I truly never thought I'd see the day of a true return to mcdonaldland, and I am blown away. to everyone who worked on it, thank you!

McDonalds - Grimaces Birthday (2023) TESTMACORONI Classic 2023-06-06 | wow... this is awesome. for so long I've said they should bring back mcdonaldland but marketed towards nostalgic adults rather than kids, and they're finally starting to go through with it in full force.i really love all the practical costumes and puppets in this ad, it feels like it was made with great care to the characters. and seeing a bit of grimace's past was cool... but it suffers highly from a lack of the clown for that reason.fans of the lore know grimace and ronald have been lifelong friends since childhood, so his absence in these milestone birthdays throughout his life feels very odd.it seems they're not willing to give up ronald to an adult audience yet, perhaps in hopes he can still be marketed to kids if they play their cards right (or maybe just wanna keep him exclusive as the charity's mascot). idk man, i think they should just give us ronald at this point so we can see all the characters together againalso it seems like mcdonaldland now has a 'floating timeline' similar to the simpsons based on the decades grimace is growing up in here
