Homeworld 3 has BIG PROBLEMS (gameplay analysis and critique)

And I really hope they get addressed and this game launches in a far better state than this. People waited years or even decades for this. They really deserve better. I waited 20 years for a Homeworld 3 (and it just got a demo)

Totally unedited other than a brief video glitch at about 54m that I cut out. My first 2 hours of Homeworld 3. Warts and all. No punches pulled. No holds barred.
Feels like a zoomed in and slowed down Homeworld 2 (but somehow sped up so ships die really fast). And the camera and controls are a unique mess. It's yet another game that doesn't permit proper rebinding, which is especially bad for lefties who are anywhere from 10-15% of all players, because it just makes playing miserable for them....

Warhammer 3 Multiplayer is Dead - and CA killed it.

Volound 2022-12-28 | This could be the moment the largely grassroots bottom-up Warhammer TW MP scene gets killed, and the decision to have that happen was entirely in CA's hands, and their choice was largely enabled by the TW community at large, with its under-the-thumb youtubers largely responsible. I wonder if anything will change, or if this is it. Months have now passed since the decision was seemingly made. Hope for their community dwindles by the day. Good luck, folks, but you get only what you're willing to accept and usually no more.

P.S. part of why there are so few clips of Rome 2 slingers firing is that it just looks so flimsy and crappy. It's just a waste of screen time to show more than a few instances of absolutely nothing.
Also, something I didn't show here (but remarked on in my Flaccidification video) is that Rome 1 slingers rotate backwards. Have to look very closely and carefully (and be familiar with how slinging works) to even notice it.
