This video provides an overview of how data scientists and data analysts frequently use function. We start with understanding the use case for functions and then take a look at Python's built-in functions. We then spend the majority of the time covering how to build functions and more complex aspects of functions, like the unpacking operator (*, **). Finally, we apply what we learn to build a function that counts the lines of specified actors from 'The Office' CSV dataset.
