You will meet up with Tastumaro as you make your way through the Filthy Flooded Street District in the Hachijo Region and you need to initially escort him to the Hot Spring nearby.

Once you're sufficiently rested and clean, head down into the stench and push forwards towards the Lesser Crucible, which, even if completed will respawn the same enemies. Kill them all then follow Tastumaro through to his special "bath" where he then dies concluding the Myth.
