The Russians are now bogged down in Kharkiv and evidence suggested they launched their attack and opened a new front before they were ready in order to beat the arrival of US military aid to the front lines. More Western leaders are calling for a change in policy so that Ukraine can strike back against Russian military targets firing on them from the territory of Russia. France is looking to send French trainers and instructors to Ukraine soon.
