Putin appears to be trying to sell Trump a fake battlefield victory by claiming Russian progress around Kostiantynivka even as Russian milbloggers, Deep State, and the Institute for the Study of War have not confirmed Russian control of the city. The video follows Russian claims about expanding a so-called security zone, Patrushev's rhetoric about fighting a pan-European neo-Nazi alliance, threats toward the Baltic states, AI-generated Russian propaganda targeting Ukrainian social media, Chinese complaints about EU action against Russian propaganda, and reports of Russian men being forced into military contracts.
