If you've ever met our stylist, Stephan, then you know one thing about him; He is a lover of colour!
He often gets requested to transforming his clients into Unicorns, Mermaids and all mythical creatures in between. So it was no wonder when one of his Unicorns strolled in for a touch up!
The Youtube beauty guru, and all around charming, Stef Sanjati, was kind enough to let us film 'a day in the life' style vlog, capturing what it takes to maintain her vibrant unicorn hair. If you've never been introduced to her before, you should check out her Youtube channel, that is as inspiring as it is colourful!
Stephan began by lifting her roots, mixing the lightener with Olaplex number 1, 'Bond Multiplier.' Olaplex is designed to help maintaining the integrity of your hair during a colour process.
"Olaplex is a step Stef doesn't miss!" Says Stephan, who has been colouring Stef's hair for several months now. It's important to follow up with the Olaplex number 2, Bond Perfector to help mitigate damage during the color or lightening.
After rinsing her hair, Stephan applied his colours, melting them into one another, from blue to purple.
Hand coloured extensions were later curled, and fused with her natural hair, to give an 'out of this world' end result; A Winter Mermaid!
