Pumpkin Medicine-Delivery Cakes
I mixed 1 can organic pumpkin with 1 egg and a tablespoon of coconut oil and about 1/4 cup warm water; then mixed in 1 cup spelt flour, 1/2 cup amarinth flour, 1/4 cup ground flax seed, 1/4 cup hulled white sesame seeds. The garnish is hulled hemp seed, hulled millet, and almond slivers. I baked these at 350F for 35 minutes--they're pretty thin so they don't need an hour or anything like that. (Mouse sampled one without meds and is whistling her approval.)
