First of all, you have to dig a random Magnetic/Lightning Shield, And Thanks SadisticMystic for making a path for the Hidden Rings
That's the oddest location on rings in a stage
Even following the Path, I didn't see the rings at this run, and I found'em completely without visual clues
The rings are kinda hard to get, if you descend too much Knuckles will hit the "Kill Plane" and will die, so you have to get close to it and attract them
Kill Planes are invisble events that you automatically die if you touch them
Also you have to get the Emeralds and the other rings in under 3 minutes
At 1:59(video time) There's a ring inside the Pumpkin, you need the magnetic shield to get it, you might be abble to get it on DC version with a Spiral Upper, I'm not sure
I've done this run playing on GC version, but I advise you to play on DC version if you can cause is easier to see the hidden rings on it
The Last Hint : "You can see it, but you can't take it!"
This Hint is for the last emerald, but it also serves for the 3 Hidden Rings
You woudn't be abble to get it, but thanks to the Magnetic/Lightning shield you can
And also you can get the Emerald from the cage with a Punch.
