My previous simmer video was all about trying to recreate the smell of a baking caramel apple pie. Today I was focusing on Pumpkins. But I didn't want to go too overboard with pumpkin spice as I've been a little overexposed to that flavor this month. So I tried to make something a little subtler, a little softer. Basic Ingredients:

-Apple Cider
-Pumpkin Puree
-Cinnamon
-Vanilla
-Allspice
-Anise
-Cloves

If I were to do this again, I'd definitely add some cardamom! I do think that was missing from this simmer pot
