INGREDIENTS:

Cake:
1, 15 ounce can pure pumpkin
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Frosting:
6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Optional:
Sprinkles for decorating
