Today, We will check and test out the Innstar Pull Up Assist Band System. If you have a hard time doing pull ups, these adjustable bands will give you some assistance that you can measure and progress and eventually, be able to perform pull ups without the bands. I'll be setting this up and testing it out and see if it will improve my pull up reps and form.
