If you love pizza you'll love these pull apart rolls. Packed with mozzarella and pepperoni they are simply delicious. Serve your pizza rolls warm so the mozzarella oozes out with every bite.
We used the Ninja Foodi Smart Lid as it has a prove function and a fantastic steam crisp cooking function but you could adapt and do this in an oven.
If you wanted a vegetarian version just omit the pepperoni. You can also add things like olives, sun-dried tomatoes etc.

Ingredients :
For the dough:
450g strong white bread flour (and extra for dusting)
7g sachet of yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for greasing)
300ml tepid (approx 36C water)
For the filling:
200g grated mozarella
4 tbsp Tomato puree
2 tsp mixed herbs
100g pepperoni
To Garnish:
handful of fresh chopped basil
