Grinded the hell out of Fuso to get the Nagato, the stock hull is such a pain in the butt..

The video demonstrate the new secondary guns accuracy from taking the new T5 Captain Skill, Manual Fire Control for Secondary Armament

The Nagato is equipped with all secondary guns buff:
- Basic Firing Training
- Advanced Firing Training
- Manual Fire Control for Secondary Armament
- Secondary Battery Modification 2

(This is still without Mike Yankee Soxisix flag!)

Some observations:
- Accuracy now GREATLY improved, no more drunk gunners
- Shots land reliably on ship that were closing in, not so much if they were running away
- It DOES NOT fire unless you CTRL+Click on the ship
- It stops firing if there is an ally ship in the way

Also worth noting, Close Quarter Expert achievement now rewarded if your secondaries land the killing blow, noice..
