This hijacked PBS logo is ripped from the Sesame Street episode: “Wicked Witch of the West” from February 1976 (or October 10, 1975 in production release). Though this logo wasn’t meant to be here in the original, but a third party hijacked the near end of the episode (as if the witch wasn’t scary enough for older kids), and implemented in their hijacked logo, and nothing else. The news called this hijack: The PBS Freakout.
Seriously, this is meant as another thing to gnaw on while waiting for the premiere of the seventh episode of season three.
