It's a fan-made Touhou Project fighting game originally conceived by Traweezie and RicePigeon using the I.K.E.M.E.N engine that aims to provide a more traditional take on the official Touhou Project fighting games. Plenty more people have since joined the development team (myself included), allowing it to evolve past a mere compilation of RicePigeon's characters.

It's really fun and I insist you try it out.
