So let's quickly go over what I was doing in this match. Going anywhere near Sagat with stubby Normals like Remi's is a dumb idea, so it's best to use long-ranged options or somehow bait him into doing something punishable, which Chain Gang can do; I primarily used the Z version since Sagat interacts with it in three specific ways: guard, take the hit, or dodge, with the latter being the most common, so spacing it properly causes him to roll dodge and attempt a standing Normal that I can beat out with Remi's 2Y, which I then cancel into Demon Lord Cradle since comboing Sagat is a fruitless effort due to his Burst. Job done.
