I finally hit the 34 minute mark, it's becoming a bit tedious to get a run to the end since now I have to pretty much rush through it and everything has to go well.

A new skip was found in the Habitation Deck that can save up to 28 seconds: youtu.be/IIQ1tpuD6Vw

The good thing about that skip is that it can be done in the first 45 seconds of the game, the issue is that it's not really consistent, maybe I pull it off about 20%/30% of the time?

Then the rest is either going well or getting improved by new strats.

33 might be possible, after this run I played much more relaxed and I got much better Core split and also I discovered that the intended way to get the Wall Kick in Biodome is faster by 7 seconds.

The Sum of Bests currently sits at 33:45
