Things change, people change, situations may bring the best or the worst of us and we may suffer because of it, but we must persist, help others remain strong, in order to move on with life and with ourselves.

This video tells the story of a girl who mentally suffers from the isolation after her school in Mexico closes down as a result of the spreading Corona Virus. The lack of physical contact has put a great weight over her as she developed Depression and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. One of her teachers, a psychologist, thankfully noticed it and in an attempt to help her and others cope with the situation modified her classes to always have this group therapy session.
