Narcissists have fantastic imaginary (ego ideal or grandiose self-concept). Uniqueness (even as a victim) and contempt replace dignity and realism. The shared fantasy is attempted collective social imaginary.

Psychopaths have exclusive individualistic imaginary. Defiance, intimidation, and aggression replace respect. Psychopaths subvert and challenge social imaginaries.
