Go down until the point on the beach (x = 118956)
Only up/down/left/right and do not bonk into walls or get pushed by anything or anything that will change your movement, buggy skip to cc
Get close to the trigger close to the bottom, line up the front of the second tire with the edge below
Up until the buggy's nose is right in line with the top edge
1 frame left, 1 frame up, buggy skip, hold left
