It's finally clicking. The key is going back to my Swift Smash roots and leveraging it as a primary PA, while Wave Crash T3 funnels resources into it when applicable.

Effective Swift Smash usage does a few things: 1) Maximizes Element Pursuit uptime, 2) this by proxy can lead to the fastest element down accumulation while maintaining PB and compound building and 3) less reliant on Wand Lover, though it is still a value add.
