Te/Sl/A might well be meta. While Celeste looks good on paper, the secrets of Adras Perfection really make this style shine with Techter.

It isn't just having a free counter every 20 seconds at your full control (there are some issues). It's what Perfection provides:
-12 frame activation
-No hit stop

This results reducing Wand Counters from count by 20 (74 to 54 frames). When used with Element Pursuit, it also reduces Pursuits frames by 20 (83 to 63). Additional we can leverage Weapon Action animation cancel to reduce other attacks by 7 or 12 frames depending on the attack. For example:

-Normal Attack 3: 38f to 31; 35f to 28f with Wand Lovers
-Uncharged Swift Smash: 47f to 40f
-Uncharged Techniques: 45f to 38f

Combining these techniques increases both the DPS of these attacks when chained with Perfection.

In this video, I was able to complete 5 Perfections resulting in a total of 2,910 potency (Fomelgion is 2600 pot...read between the lines....) in addition to the dps enhancements provided by animation cancels. Additionally, this allows Techter to build Compounds, PB and Element Pursuit faster than any other style resulting in further DPS enhancements.
