One of the glaring "issues" with Adras is its Echo trigger, requiring counter attacks to build each stage. However, once you understand Boss patterns you can reposition tools such as Photon Blast to place Adras Echo in its most ideal position.

This is not a apples : apples comparison to my previous 3:32 run, as I have upgraded equipment. However, this can be compared to my former personal best, which was 3:27 (not posted).
To understand the adjustments made in this run to shave off 7 seconds, you need to be aware of a few things:
1. Wand Lovers = Compound Techniques in that their damage potential is effectively equal, and the two should avoid overlapping as much as possible. Using Compounds in essence wastes the duration and damage potential of Wand Lovers.
2.Max Echo + Adras Absorption = Wand Lovers in terms of damage potential; however you can opt to use Compound Techniques during this time.
3. After Adras After Blast you MUST avoid using Normals 1-4 and Skip Beat until Echo is max to ensure you dont trigger Adras Absorption early.
Adjustments: in this run I make the following adjustments:
1. Use of Fomelgion ASAP during Gem Phase
2. Max Echo + Absorption; avoiding the use of normal attacks until this is accomplished.
The only thing left would be switching to Ex Gradual Pressing, which would make timings flow a little bit better.

Starless Monkey has a secret as well. It would appear that he cannot be downed until after he completes his first cycle of cloud riding. However, down factor will still accumulate.
I messed up the down transition a bit during Barantsion, but crits made up for the error.
