Here is a brief look and a bit closer with the excitation primary signal input to the PSEC Videos. As already stated it can be hard to see, depending on equipment and their settings. It appears that the signal is seen in two different locations in Florida, Australia and Sweden. It would seen that this is indeed a natural background radiation of some common type??
