In this video, I showcase a recently graded Griffey partial parallel (97 Stadium Club Matrix) that PSA damaged. I include pre-grading analysis footage to show the condition of the card prior to submitting to PSA, and had that card had that kind of damage present, I never would have sent it in to get graded in the first place. What recourse is there in cases like this? Are there steps I can take to contact PSA about this?
