The mission right at the beginning of the game, which involves finding the scummy Robert who wants to eliminate our heroes. Everyone dies, eventually, and this zombie holocaust epic greatly speeds up proceedings.

I only use stealth in getting to Robert, save for one last baddie hiding behind a huge crate in the docks.
