With the Season 6 patch for Fortnite, EPIC games not only fully enabled Cross Platform Play on the PlayStation 4, they also enabled native mouse and keyboard support. So you just need to hook up a mouse and a keyboard to the USB ports of the PlayStation 4 and you are ready to go!
