Delay your second reflect on the first Devastator to give you a better chance of it being triggered. If it doesnt go off, just combo the enemies normally after the Magnet Finishing Leap to save your mp.
You can use a Limit Form combo on the second Devastator instead, but the Wisdom Blizzagas should be a little bit faster.
