Hard to find parts:
1. 30g Kynar Wire - (i had to use thick wire because i ran out of the 30g, the thick wire will be a pain so dont use it...) go to ebay and search "30g kynar wire"
2. Momentary Switches - again search ebay or go to Radio Shack should be in stock (i recommend the small momentary switches, but make sure it is the ones with a small base but with a long button.)

(in the video i didnt show how to drill the holes but its pretty straight forward. find the most comfortable spot where you want your buttons to be and just drill the holes.
