The last time I tried to emulate this game was a couple of year back and I was disappointed with the results, slow framerates and lots of glitches rendered it unplayable. After many RPCS3 updates and a new GPU I decided to try it again and was pleased to find it now runs pretty much spot on after tweaking the settings....I've upscaled to 2K, Anisotropic filter X16, FSAA enabled, resolution scale threshold 512X512, read/write/colour buffers enabled, running on the Vulkan backend....
Like the previous games in the series, Soulcalibur V is a weapon-based fighting game. Players use high and low vertical and horizontal attacks to damage opposing player characters and can block incoming attacks or parry enemies' moves to gain a tactical advantage. The game features a tweaked "Critical Edge" system, allowing players to fill up a meter and unleash powerful special attacks.
Here's a quick look at some of the fighters and combat arenas from the game....
