In this rally I tested the concept cars, I found them disappointing, expected them to be better than the extreme ones. Maybe increasing their mileage would make them better, since this game has this system, increasing mileage improves the cars' attributes, acceleration, handling, grip, top speed and others. But it takes a lot of time to do that for every car.
