I didn’t invent it and I don't know who did. I just tried it for myself and it’s the best thing I’ve put on my lips. For someone who isn't a coffee drinker, that says a lot. I took a welcomed slurp and gave the rest to my husband.

1 cup instant coffee - I used 1936 Instant Coffee
1 cup sweetener or your choice {I used sugar}
1 cup boiling water
Mix on medium/high in a blender till there are stiff peaks. It takes awhile, so be patient. 10 -15 minutes-ish
Freeze 24 hours and scoop like ice cream
I added almond milk, ice, whipped cream and Carmel topping.
