1 cup grilled zucchini, cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion sautéed
1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. dried pasta of choice, cooked
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp each fennel seed & dried oregano
Red chili flakes & salt to taste
16 oz. San Marzano tomato sauce
1/2 cup loose packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
