In this video, I break down the 7 new features in Proxmox VE 9.2 that actually matter for home labs and production environments. While Proxmox 9.2 may not look revolutionary on the surface, I think it has some really "great stuff" on the inside and introduces major quality of life improvements including dynamic workload balancing, WireGuard support in SDN fabrics, better networking controls, custom CPU models in the GUI, easier HA maintenance workflows, UEFI 2023 Secure Boot certificate enrollment, and important under-the-hood upgrades. If you are running Proxmox, thinking about migrating from VMware, or building a home lab in 2026, these are the features you need to know.
