Engineer is different in that he makes his own Unstable Watch via Turrets inheriting items letting Timekeeper's Secret function as similarily to unstable watch, but with power of Giagantic Amethyst and Ancient Scepter it can have near constant uptime given enemies just don't die to the turrets or Utility spam from safe area, picking items that benefit from getting hit/being inside enemies (Barbed Wire, Energy Cell, Fire Shield, Repulsion Armor and Timekeeper's Secret mainly) makes running around and dropping turrets suprisingly viable strategy. Add in Utility having decent Range to stick to the "safe" areas for extra damage (or on top of/behind your turrets) and Engineer is one of easiest/safest characters to do Judgement with.

The boring no Buff Vyrn PoV of Operation Link Time due to playing unmodded. Had faster IGT time run but IGT is flawed timing system for game where IGT stops for extended amounts of playable time.
