It might seem backward to the prosecution, but our witnesses are proud to talk about what they did at Sunrise egg farm and Reichardt duck farm as well as any previous actions they may have done. Why? Because, despite what they want the jury to believe, they believed they were performing active within the law. Perhaps even more importantly, everyone was there because it was the morally correct thing to do.

We want the world to know what we did and why. We want to talk about what we all saw, criminal animal cruelty, and the fact that none of the government agencies we contacted would enforce the law.

The prosecution keeps asking each witness about their diets and the fact that they have been part of DxE actions as if it's a "gotcha" moment when, in fact, it's the opposite. Although the jury is being prevented from seeing the complete truth of what happened at these actions, they are seeing that we are completely transparent and honest because, unlike the industries, we have nothing to hide.
