Development halted when I put in a car for fast travel and got the itch to make a Twisted Metal. I just figured out online multiplayer so this has been lingering in my mind waiting for the time to make the ultimate new old Silent Hill. You can blame Tomm Hulett for inspiring me to make games as a kid in the 90s:
