The Voices of America Country Music Festival is moving to a new venue in Butler County after West Chester Township ended its relationship with the event’s organizers, citing financial problems and unpaid costs.The festival will relocate from West Chester Township's VOA Park to the Butler County Fairgrounds in Hamilton.
