I don't care what you do in the privacy of your own Church. But please keep your grubby mitts off the law that rules us all. This is the second time in California a court has ruled that gay marriage bans violate the equal protection clause of the Constitution(s), first state and now U.S. Constitution.

My wife & I were among the 6.4 Million people who had the good sense to vote against Proposition 8. I was so happy when Prop 8 was overturned, I just had to whistle!
I find it unconscionable that $40 Million dollars was spent by the Prop 8 campaign to fund the lies, misinformation, and fear in their ads.
How would Jesus spend $40 Million? On food for starving children? Perhaps on medicine for people dying in third world countries? Certainly he wouldn't spend a penny of it to tell people how they can and cannot use a word, and he wouldn't spend it to crush the hopes and dreams of people whose only wrongdoing is loving one another. Not the Jesus I learned about growing up...
My marriage happens to be between a man and a woman. But I would never presume to tell you what yours should be, because... well, it's YOURS! Not mine!
Life is short. Don't waste yours trying to tell other people how to live theirs. If you do, you are doomed to fail in America, where freedom and equality always win in the end.
